Yep, my very own pc notebook & je suis plus content. Indeed. It's really nice but I'm not used to this whole touch-pad thing. I still need to upgrade it to XP Pro and set up my wireless internet... ooh! Now I can be just like lulu and stay in Starbucks for hours and hours... not that I don't already do that, but yeah. Dude, I GOT A DELL!!!

I don't know if I like going back to Duarte High School for anything. I was there this afternoon to help my brother register for his classes... aww the little juniors. Anyway, I walked into the main office and saw Viv's mom and sat with her in front of the reception desk. At that point of patient seatery, I was sucked back into my past and either paradise or hell was upon me.
As memory may be a paradise from which we cannot be driven, it may also be a hell from which we cannot escape. -John Lancaster Spalding
Yep, Spalding, you said it! Sheesh, seeing all the familiar places, faces, and shmaces makes me feel all weird... and hearing that awful cacophony of a cloche; the bell, made my ears twitch. And twitching ears is no fun at all, I tell ya that.
Today, my Auntie Agnes & Uncle Ray are coming to visit. For those who don't know these characters in my clan, Auntie Agnes & Uncle Ray are the ones who sold their huge gorgeous house in Virginia and bought a recreational vehicle to live & travel around the country. Uncle Ray is the golf-junkie who strives towards his goal of playing golf in every state in the US of A. In fact, I think he has succeeded. What a way to live. Nomads. Their address changes from time to time and their mail chases them around the country.
It would be chouette to travel the world and to visit every single country in existance. There are, what, 266 lands on earth, n'est-ce pas? I wonder if anybody has ever been able to visit them all.
