Tonight, I saw Seabiscuit and won the movie poster in a raffle. I really liked that movie. Can you imagine what it would like be to live during the 20s and 30s? Must've been quite a nostalgic era- the sepia portrayal of it seems charming.
Adam came by this afternoon and dropped off a seven page paper that he wants me to proofread. Even though I noted how demanding he was, I found it a compliment. It's splendid that people around me have been asking me to help them with writing- it reminds me of my summer job junior year, when I read over engineering documents. It also brings back memories of yearbook last year, editing copies and such, though many of them got past me- hrmmmm. Still, it was oodles of fun. Now I'm off to butcher this paper.

I am sooo behind in my classes... I have 132+ pages to read and it takes me a good 1.12 hours to get through 12 pages. I think I'm gonna Café Roma-ate soon.
This morning I found out that one of my buddies in French class used to be a Hamm Houser. He told me stories about how people grew pot in closets last year, oh and sex on the loveseats in the lounge... yes, multiple sessions on the couches. Sheesh, gross... and I though they were milk stains. Watch where you sit! Disgusting!!!
Speaking of couches, why do people put their shoed feet up on them? I hope that's not the way our apartment furniture will be treated next year. Vince and I were talking one day and I think he strikes a point there about how we should prolly take off our shoes before entering the apt. I don't know if me mates would warm up to that idea though. I just wouldn't want to have to vacuum all the time, especially those stairs. Emil would probably do it but I don't know about Jesus and Fernando and Christian and Tony? Hmmm... oooh it'll be sooo chouette... we'll have a shoerack and wowowow exciting! I'm going to love decorating the apartment. soo much fun to be had.
